We are not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If you post content that we choose to remove, you hereby consent to such removal and waive any claim against us.
9. We do not assume any liability for any content posted by you or any other third-party users of our website. However, any content posted by you using any open communication tools on our website, provided that it doesn't violate or infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks, becomes the property of YathraFin.com, and as such, gives us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly display, and/or distribute as we see fit. Governing Law

As each country has laws that may differ from those of Tamil Nadu, India, by accessing our website, you agree that the statutes and laws of Tamil Nadu, India without regard to the conflict of laws and the United Nations Convention on the International Sales of Goods, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this website and the purchase of any products or services through this site. Furthermore, any action to enforce this User Agreement shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in Tamil Nadu, India. You hereby agree to personal jurisdiction by such courts, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation of order is not possible once the payment has been made. No refunds will be given except in the event of cancellation or non-performance of service by YathraFin Private Limited.
Guarantee
Unless otherwise expressed, yathrafin.com expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

1. For bank account or payment services, your name, phone number, and email will be shared with a bank of your choice, with your consent. Banks reserve the right to open or decline your request based on their policy.
2. If you wish to register a Partnership Firm with the Registrar of Firms of the respective states, additional charges as applicable, will be payable and conveyed upfront.
3. Upto4nameoptions can be provided in one RUN name approval request.
4. Authorised capital is the number of shares a company can issue at any time, which can be increased further.
5. Paid-up capital is the amount shareholders invest, which can be even Rs.2.
6. Statutory Auditor fees are payable on actuals directly to the Independent Auditor appointed by the Board of Directors.
7. All companies must appoint an Independent Statutory Auditor of their choice within 30 days of incorporation.
8. YathraFin provides 2 DSC Hyper Tokens & support for KYC and DSC shipping with each incorporation.
9. As per CCA Guidelines, the DSC Application will have to make direct payment to the Certifying Authority for certificate and KYC.
10. Additional authorised capital can be purchased if required at the time of incorporation.
11. The price for additional authorised capital can be provided upon request.
12. Clients are responsible for paying stamp duty, which varies depending on the state of incorporation.
13. The Price quoted is based on the stamp duty as per the State of Maharashtra.
14. Pricing is inclusive of applicable professional fees & other charges.
15. Once the MCA payment is made, the application cannot be recalled and is non-refundable.
16. If the payment fails a er the MCA payment, additional charges will be payable for re-processing.
17. No changes to documents will be accepted once they have been submitted.
18. In case of rejection of documents from MCA, the additional price payable for re-filing will be Rs 1999/-.
19. Refunds will only be provided in the event of cancellation or non-performance of service by YathraFin.
20. Any third-party charges that are in addition to the basic service fee will be payable by the customer
