○ If YathraFin is unable to deliver the service within the stipulated time due to technical issues or service delays from our end, you may be eligible for a refund.

● Service Quality Issues:

○ If you are not satisfied with the quality of service provided by YathraFin, you can request a refund. The request must be made within 15 days of the service completion.

● Change of Service:

○ If you wish to change the service opted for and have not utilized the initial service, you may request a refund for the initial service.

Non-Refundable Services
● Services where the work has already been completed.
● Services where the information provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete.
● Governmentfees, taxes, and any third-party charges.
● Cancellation of the services a er the commencement of work.

Refund Process
1. Request Submission:
○ Torequest a refund, please send an email to help@yathrafin.com with your order details, the reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation.
2. Review Process:
○ Our team will review your request and may contact you for additional information. The review process can take up to 15 business days.
3. Approval and Payment:

○ If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
